The Office of Design of the City of Montreal and the Cité du design of Saint-Étienne are calling on professionals, the public sector and the academic world to collaborate in a major meeting on the potential and strategies for innovation through design in public action.
Through a roundtable discussion, a major conference and inspiring case studies in Quebec, France and internationally, this colloque will explore future design practices as well as ways to stimulate innovation, engage in proactive collaborations between cities and designers, and generate positive impacts in a context of socio-ecological transition.
