BALA is a fair of artistic publications in Bilbao that has been held for 6 years. Beyond the usual standards, this fair brings together different types of production that go in depth in the experimentation and in the artistic investigation of the books. BALA is a platform focused on the emerging practices in the independent productions of the Basque Country. The aim is to promote the editorial work of contemporary artists (books, catalogues, desktop publications, original publications or fanzines) and create an atmosphere for the dialog.

In this festival we can enjoy the different talks, presentations and workshops.
