Gau Irekia (“Open Night” in English) takes place during the afternoon and night and is full of cultural and social activities that are carried out in different places (and streets) of San Francisco, Bilbao la Vieja and Zabala neighbourhoods of Bilbao. It’s the most relevant event organized by Sarean, and different collectives and people participate creating their own activities or enjoying them.
The aim of this event is to make the sociocultural activity visible in the neighborghoods, betting on the public engagement in the cultural creation.
