URBANBAT is an international festival about urbanism and social innovation between the city and the citizens. It’s a place for experimentation, learning and creating in a collaborative way to inspire the innovative processes in the citizens. It’s a program that hybridizes the urban design, the collective creation and the action in cities. Through the activities that are organized (workshops, conferences, debates, cinema-forums, contests of ideas, collaborative design workshops, urban explorations, interventions in public spaces…) multidisciplinary encounters about social innovation and urban creativity are promoted, with the purpose of recreating the urban territory.
