As summer approaches, Berlin Design Week 2026 invites designers, creatives, and innovators to gather in Berlin from May 28–31, 2026, for one of Europe’s leading design events. This year’s theme, “DESIGN REAL,” highlights the role of design in addressing real-world challenges and creating meaningful, tangible impact through sustainable and forward-thinking solutions.

The festival will bring together over 100 participants from more than 20 countries, offering a diverse program of exhibitions, studio visits, design tours, talks, workshops, and networking events. Attendees will gain insight into the latest developments in product, interior, architectural, and digital design, while engaging directly with international designers, researchers, and industry leaders. The event acts as a key platform connecting creative industries with business and academia, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.

Among the highlights are Berlin Design Nights, opening studios and galleries across the city, and the Design Pool, a curated showcase of innovative products and limited-edition design pieces. Throughout the four-day program, Berlin will become a dynamic meeting point for global design discourse, encouraging exchange, experimentation, and the development of new creative partnerships.
