Berlin Fashion Week returns from January 31 to February 3, 2025, showcasing the city’s growing prominence on the global fashion calendar. This season is all about sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation, with a stellar line-up of renowned designers and emerging talents.
What to Expect:
- Sustainability Standards: Participating brands will adhere to new transparency and sustainability requirements, positioning Berlin as a pioneer in ethical fashion.
- Talent Spotlight: The FCG/VOGUE Fashion Fund celebrates its first German winner, Kasia Kucharska, who will debut her “Future Craft” collection.
- Global Voices: For the first time, Berlin Contemporary invited international labels, including PLNGNS (Ukraine) and PALMWINE IceCREAM (Ghana), alongside celebrated names like William Fan, Lou de Bètoly, and Haderlump.
Featured Designers:
- Berlin Contemporary: Labels like GmbH, Richert Beil, Sia Arnika, and ODEEH will showcase their collections.
- Studio2Retail: Local favorites such as Ottolinger and Buki Akomolafe & EMEKA Suits will open their creative spaces to the public.
