What is the connection between your design and Mexico City?
Our products are made from Mexican materials. We are constantly looking for new aspects of Mexican culture as we seek to create a collection that combines the essence of these materials with bold and striking aesthetics. Our products reflect a process involving trained craftspeople and methods that are deeply rooted in a Mexican tradition.
What is special about the Ambra collection?
The Ambra collection consists of cantera rosa and copper. Cantera rosa from Zacatecas is a mix of volcanic ash and dust. It has a strong presence, is absolutely unique and is full of inclusions. Ambra is very geometric and minimalist, allowing the material – and Mexican culture – to speak for itself.
Where do you find inspiration?
Mexico City is a large and above all richly diverse city. You can find inspiration almost everywhere – in the architecture, music, tastes, colours, people and traditions.

Ambra Pendant
volcanic rock texture that becomes a sculpture of light
The timeless geometrical shape of the pendant lamp Ambra reflects architectural principles. Characterful and with strong lines, the proportions of the simple shaped and elegant luminaire play with gravity by overlapping both materials, brushed copper and volcanic rock. Due to its warm and vibrant light, it becomes the centre of attention in any room. It can be used as a single object or by grouping many as a chandelier.

Meta
minimalism with volcanic origin
Meta is a timeless pendant lamp made from volcanic rock and coated aluminium. Both materials are formed into cylindrical shapes displaying a smooth yet sharp aesthetic with a monochromatic palette of shades. The merging of surfaces turns this pendant into a dark smoke delight – a sculpture on its own, and a lighting architecture in a cluster of many. Meta embodies the richness of volcanic rock texture in a simple geometrical shape and accentuates the elegant lines of black powder coated aluminium. Dark toned nuances enclose the warm light cone that enlightens the surface below.
Can Large
traditional material for a contemporary luminaire
The pendant lamp Can Large is made from a special kind of clay called Barro Negro from Oaxaca, Mexico. The clay stands out through its black colour that gets its depth as a result from the smoke during the firing process. Can Large is now available in a bigger size, still celebrating its original sleek personality. The tubular body maintains its flawless shape, while the new up-scaled size creates a redefinition of the classic silhouette of this design object.
