Acknowledging the essence and origins of goldsmithing, this series of jewelry combines alternative precious materials with traditional crafts techniques. Embroidery and wood carving became a part of the fabrication process, expressly, in the surface treatment as embellishment and an ode to slowness. Formal investigations made the designer experiment with unexpected color combinations through wood, stones, metals and textiles.
