a giant wave to sit on

Photo: Diseño Neko
Water channels and bridge structures inspired the design of the bench Ola by Diseño Neko. It is a symbol of the harmony between natural and man-made elements. The bench in a radiant blue reminiscent of a huge wave can be used from two opposing sides and is characterized by visual lightness and fluidity. Additionally, it is durable and weather resistant – a perfect piece for commercial areas. In 2013 the design object was selected for the Street Seats exhibition by Boston Design Museum and it was the winner of a silver prize at the A’Design Awards in Italy in 2014.
