POET Audio confronts the rise of mp3 and the trend of cheap speakers made in low-wage countries with a product range of premium-quality sound systems made in Austria. These wireless systems are able to receive and play music in CD-quality from your smartphone. The casings are made of high quality-materials, such as steel and medium density fiberboards. The pandoretta° version, designed by Thomas Feichtner, comes with a well-designed wooden frame showing a touch of retro-glamour. The speaker is uber plug-and-play, hence, you do no need a remote control, no app, no user manual, and no Wi-Fi settings. Due to its long battery life, you can listen to great music for eight hours.
